Integrative Health Coaching
Marisa Iglesias, PhD
Integrative Nutrition Health and Lifestyle Coach
With over three decades of experience, I help clients create sustainable changes to improve their health. My expertise lies in integrating plant-based nutrition with mindful practices that create the foundation needed to live well.
Integrative nutrition combines the principles of traditional nutrition guidelines--the food on your plate--with the other areas of your life that impact your health--relationships, work, creativity, movement.
Whether you are struggling with a health issue or just ready to feel better, I guide you in creating habits that enable you to succeed.

“Over the course of 3 months, I was able to transform my daily life, actually adopting meditation and yoga, healthier eating habits, and drastically reducing my alcohol intake. Rather than placating challenges I faced, we were able to get to the root of these problems in a mindful way. Marisa never judged me; she encouraged, supported, and rooted for me along the way.”

"Marisa has been instrumental in helping me build confidence and create a lifestyle that feels balanced, grounded, and authentic to who I am. While she has guided me in understanding nutrition, her support goes much deeper. She has helped me clarify the kind of life I want to lead—from what I eat and how I care for my body to how I show up in my career. What I value most is her approach: there’s no pressure to meet overwhelming expectations. Instead, the growth feels intentional and moves at a pace that works for me, which I deeply appreciate."
